*  Transmit Power Supply: Enables Power Supply For Tx Operation. Default Setting When Delivered

Note: Transmit Power should be Disabled when transmit capability is not being 

           used to avoid laser over heating and shutdown.  Disabling Tx laser power supply

           when not in use will prolong the life of the laser for the Tx module.
