On July 1, 2008 rumeL Incorporated, LowNoiseFloor LLC,  and I.C.E. of
Tucson, AZ merged to become the new Innovative Computer Engineering
(I.C.E.) Incorporated, a Virginia based corporation. This merger
allows us to capitalize on over eight years of inter-company
cooperation and innovation to create a more coherent, tightly
integrated, customer-responsive product line. We will continue to
provide our collective customer base with the same advanced
technologies and products they have come to expect. We look forward to
